It is with sadness that the National Union announces the passing of retired Regional Director Ed Gallagher.  Ed was a dedicated unionist who unselfishly served the members of our organization at the Local and National level for many years. Ed served as Administrative Vice President and Pennsylvania State Executive Board Member for Local 308 before his appointment to the Contract Administration Department as Regional Representative. Ed served as Eastern Regional Director until his retirement.

Relatives and friends are invited to Edward's Life Celebration Thursday, June 20, 2019 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM and Friday, June 21, 2019 from 8:30AM to 9:30AM at John F. Givnish of Academy Rd, 10975 Academy Rd. Followed by his Funeral Mass 10:00AM at St Martha Church, 11321 Academy Rd. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
